We create digital magazines, e-books, workbooks, journals, planners, printables, templates, and other downloadable resources designed to inspire learning, reflection, creativity, and personal growth. Because our products are delivered digitally and are available immediately after purchase, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been completed.
Digital Products
All Cashmere Press products are digital products unless otherwise stated. Due to the nature of downloadable content, all sales are final. Once a product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations cannot be provided.
Technical Support
We want every customer to receive the products they have purchased. If you experience any difficulty accessing, downloading, opening, or using your files, please contact us and we will be happy to assist. Should a file be found to be defective, corrupted, incomplete, or unavailable due to a technical issue on our part, we will provide a replacement file or an appropriate solution.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. Where a duplicate purchase can be verified, we may issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.
Subscriptions
Where subscription services are offered, subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next billing date. Cancellation will prevent future charges, however payments already processed are non-refundable. Access to subscription content will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Our Commitment to Fairness
Customer satisfaction is important to us. While refunds are generally not available for digital products, we understand that genuine issues can occasionally arise. In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and considered at our discretion.
